How do I Import a Vehicle Into Canada from A Country other Than USA?
I don’t know.
Excuse my frankness, but I’ve never done it and I don’t think I ever will, so I really just dont know.
As far as I know it is far more difficult than importing a vehicle into Canada from the USA. The vehicle almost definitely must be at least 15 years old, and restrictions are currently in the works to come down on this loophole.
If you need to import a car from Japan or Europe, you should contact A&A Customs Brokers to find out if it is even possible, and they will also be able to take care of everything for you from the paperwork to shipping it right to your door.
If you are thinking of venturing into this sort of endeavor on your own, or have already done please do let me know, because I’m certain there would be other people out there who would love to know what’s involved in this, and I will be glad to post it up onto this website.
